Humanity has recently been trying to solve one of their most acute problems – the problem of waste disposal. And the first solution is an attempt to master the processing of garbage as a valuable secondary raw material. Many foreign countries have already come to this.
To solve the problem, state commissions were created here, special programs were drawn up. Their main goal is to introduce a new environmental policy. The lack of places for waste buried led to the need to create processing enterprises.
For the population of Russia, the solution to this problem is associated with the technical impossibility and attitude of the population. To create processing enterprises, a state program and serious investments in the construction of specialized enterprises are needed. For the population – a program of environmental education aimed at changing the attitude to the state of the environment, and its practical embodiment in the form of a selective (separate) waste collection.
This option has already been proposed by the Moscow government, but without proper environmental education, its implementation was impossible. Only in recent years, in the near Moscow Region, waste was opened. In the near future it is supposed to open 11 more such enterprises. Finally, the need to dig pits for the burial of waste will disappear, loading, unloading and transportation and other labor-intensive and expensive services will not be needed. Even the dismantling of old housing and the removal of construction waste will be focused on the capacity of new enterprises.
How Petersburg is carried out by the export of garbage, it is known from media reports. The construction of a European level of processing of solid waste is underway here, and residents are obliged to collect garbage in a separate way.
