The Batumi real estate market grew in the first month of 2025, according to a report by Colliers Georgia. The number of apartment sales increased by 3.2% compared to December, amounting to 1,049 units.
Sales of housing in new buildings showed a 3% increase, while sales of existing housing – 5.7%.
The total market volume grew by 17.4% in January compared to the previous month, reaching $ 57 million.
The average price of apartments in new buildings rose by 8% compared to January last year to $ 1,130 per sq. m. The average price of finished housing increased by 16.2% over the year to $ 1,100 per sq. m.
In 2024, sales decreased in quantitative terms by 2% (15,034 transactions) and increased in value by 6% ($ 77 million).
