Despite the fact that in Russia in 2010-2011. A series of loud scandals with deceived equity holders swept, the building materials market did not stop developing. And with Russia’s entry into the WTO, he was just starting to gain momentum.
At the end of 2011, almost every subject of the Russian Federation created its own targeted programs, which are designed to provide the population with housing, some of these programs are subsidized from the federal budget. From the beginning of 2012, the building materials market received new development.
Historically, the main material in Russia remains construction brick. According to analytical data, in 2012 its production increased by 13%. And this indicates that the construction crisis in Russia is coming to an end.
It should be noted that the leaders in the production of ceramic construction bricks are enterprises of the Krasnodar Territory, the Republic of Tatarstan and the Sverdlovsk region. In total, these enterprises produce more than 30% of brick in Russia.
Silicate brick is the main building material, therefore it is engaged in its production more enterprises throughout Russia. Moreover, 10 enterprises are produced half of the total volume. The production leader is factories in the Nizhny Novgorod region – they produce more than 7% of the total volume. The five manufacturers also include the Republic of Tatarstan, Voronezh region, Saratov region, Yaroslavl region.
The fact that the facing brick began to produce many enterprises is indicative. In the period 2009-2001, imported manufacturers were mainly represented on the market. This is due to the fact that in recent years, individual construction began to develop. And most consumers are demanding on the appearance of the houses built.
Due to the fact that Russian producers of facing bricks are not able to satisfy the increased demand for this type of building material, in 2012 imported manufacturers increased deliveries to the territory of the Russian Federation. The leaders are Korea, China and the Republic of Belarus, the supply of which is closed by more than 90% of the needs of the construction market of Russia.
For the period 2009-2011. Most of the construction facilities were frozen due to lack of funding, now the Russian market is developing intensively. But, according to analysts, the market of domestic building materials will not be able to cover the increased needs.
In 2012, many regions tried to introduce new production facilities for the production of construction bricks: most of the production is concentrated in the Krasnodar Territory and in the Moscow region. It is also planned to launch new production lines in Nevyansk, Khabarovsk and Chechen Republic in 2013. The main emphasis will be placed on the production of facial and colored bricks. This is due to the fact that consumers have become more demanding on the quality of the products manufactured, and their volume in imports has increased several times.
