The other day, the head of the Moscow Construction Department, Mr. Andrei Bochkarev, talked with the residents of the city and told a lot of interesting things. For example, Muscovites were interested in the work that is carried out along the Bagrationovsky passage, where the road is partially re -river, the fence was installed, but the work itself is not noticeable there. It turns out that according to the Bagrationovsky passage in the construction department, according to its chapter, it is provided for the construction of a new sewer manifold, the diameter of which should be 1.2 meters, and it is built as part of the state program for the reconstruction of capital engineering communications in the 55th and 56th quarter of the Philiah Park microdistrict. Today, the main works are practically completed, only pits remained workers, which must be filled up, but before switching the sewer, the builders need to make a puncture of the road, so a partial overlap of the carriageway occurred. All work in the Filevsky Park microdistrict will end by the New Year 2015.
Mr. Andrei Bochkarev also noted that the puncture under the roadway on the Bagrationovsky passage has obvious advantages, compared with the classical laying of engineering communications in open tranches. Firstly, the landscape of the area is maintained, and secondly, the time of curtain work is reduced, and thirdly, financial means are saved.
This method of laying various engineering communications completely eliminates damage to the roadway of the roadway, under which a puncture occurs. It is at the expense of this that in the end the puncture under the highway, is a more profitable, financially event than digging trenches, laying communications, and then also the repair of the damaged section of the road. And about the difficulty of traffic, Mr. Andrei Bochkarev said that this is because motorists are illegally parking on the road.
