In turn, the obligatory components of the design documentation are the technical conclusion and the draft redevelopment project. Before the start of the main work, these documents must be agreed with the relevant authorities. Therefore, special attention should be paid to the difference between the redevelopment project and the design project that describes only functional and design solutions of the interior.
Technical conclusion describes the state of the building and its most important elements, including supporting structures. And the redevelopment project reflects the planned changes in the room, up to the changes in the main nodes of the building and the routes of engineering communications (sanitary, electro-technical communications, etc. p.).
The design of the design documentation must only be trusted with qualified organizations having an appropriate license.
