All passenger buses should appear special equipment – a tachograph, and this should happen on July 1 of this year. Otherwise, carriers risk obtaining penalties. According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, at the end of February this year, the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation made changes to orders that regulate the procedure for equipping public vehicles – tachographs. In all passenger buses, this equipment should be installed before July 1, 2014, in case of failure to comply with the requirements, officials will be fine from five to ten thousand rubles. Tachographs of the service of which are allowed only by the allowed workshop, the dolons are installed on all machines.
Officials from the traffic police of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs recall that the planned plans to be subject to mandatory implementation in connection with the starting period of the summer health campaign, which provides for organized transportation of children. That is, the load on drivers increases several times, and the installation of tachographs to exercise control over their well -being is simply necessary.
The equipment in question is a tachograph, registers the traffic mode, as well as the work and relaxation of drivers, thereby increasing safety on the roads of our country, protecting both the bus drivers themselves and their passengers.
Some heads of regional traffic police pay special attention to the increase in the current year of traffic accidents with the participation of public transport. In particular, in the Kirov region, this indicator has grown by 21.1 percent since the beginning of the year, and cases of the fall in the salons of buses and trolleybuses of passengers increased by 45.5 percent. In every third case, passengers were injured due to sharp braking, in which people did not hold on to the handrails.
