When ordering ventilation equipment for a building or premises, you need to very responsibly approach its choice. The most important thing is that each element of the system is combined with other elements, and the whole system is entirely suitable for conditions in which ventilation will be used. At the same time, the range of ducts and other components is now very wide, so you need to attach maximum attention when choosing them. However, if you purchase everything from one manufacturer, the right choice will certainly make it much easier. However, this is not always possible. Especially if you replace part of the ventilation system after some time, and you need new components for this. As you know, different types of ducts and other necessary components are suitable for different conditions, but there are models that are used in most ventilation systems, which is possible due to their qualitative characteristics. Such, for example, spiral-naval air ducts. These are models with a round section, for the production of which galvanized or non -stone steel is used. Strips of steel using special technology are twisted in the form of a spiral, and finished turns are in turn fastened by means of profiled edges. These features of production make ready -made ducts more durable, noise insulation properties improve, and the air flow rate increases. In addition, air ducts created using this technology can be made longer than other types of ducts. As we have already said, spiral-naval round air ducts are a convenient high-quality model of an important element of ventilation systems, which, among other things, have all other properties characteristic of the models of a round section. They need less metal and they have the best aerodynamic indicators. Depending on the planned length of the duct (up to three meters), steel of different thicknesses is taken in production. In addition, the choice of metal thickness is influenced by the presence of stiffness ribs, which affect the strength of the finished duct. In order to fix the ducts in the ventilation system, rails, flanges or tire and corner are used. The first option is neither with tightness or reliability, and the air leak often leads to moisture condensation, which can be very critical, especially in the cold season. Previously, a very popular flange method now uses less and less, so its use requires six types of flanges, which leads to significant costs in production. The connection of the air ducts using the tire and the corner is the most modern and popular technology developed in Germany. Here, the most important thing is to observe certain principles in the production of tires: ensuring the stiffness of the component made and the creation of the profile correct from the geometric point of view.
